The “Proposal” gal and her adorable son were spotted heading out into New York City earlier today (January 20).
The sighting comes just hours after Bullock’s ex-hubby, Jesse James, revealed that he is engaged to his “LA Ink” lover, Kat Von D.
When the on-hand photogs asked Sandra what she thought of the news, the brunette beauty had no comment.
