He’s being sued by his ex-wife Diandra for half the profits from “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps” and Michael Douglas isn’t wasting any time in dealing with the suit.
Despite the fact that he’s dealing with a serious case of throat cancer, the “Perfect Murder” stud wants to go ahead with the proceedings.
Diandra offered to postpone the Manhattan Supreme Court hearing scheduled for later today in order to give Douglas time to heal from his chemotherapy.
But according to an inside source, “Michael declined – he wants to get this over with as soon as possible.”
