Lindsay Lohan Jewelry Theft Accomplice Confirmed By D.A.
Currently dealing with being accused of stealing a necklace from a Los Angeles jewelry store, a surveillance tape featuring Lindsay Lohan and a male companion is now being used to prove that she’s guilty of the alleged crime.
According to Radar Online, law-enforcement sources said that the unnamed male pal played the role of distractor while Lohan lifted the necklace in question.
The “Georgia Rule” actress is reportedly seen removing a necklace of her own, putting the store’s bauble on and then covering that with her own.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Lindsay entered a not guilty plea to the felony grand theft count and now has until March 10 to decide whether to accept a plea deal (and receive certain jail time) or take her chances by going to trial.
