Jessica Simpson Talks Fashion Career
She began as a singer/actress, but now it seems Jessica Simpson is becoming more of a fashionista/designer.
The “Come On Over” songstress, whose fashion empire has earned more than $750 million worldwide, hit up a few boutiques in London and Paris as of late to see what else is out there.
She told press, “[I was] inspiration shopping for the collection. I have the best job in the world!” And with her mom Tina Simpson by her side, Jessica continues to dominate the world of celebrity fashion design.
“I’m in the workroom in [LA's] Westwood a few times a week from 11am to 7 at night. Nothing goes out without me seeing it or my mom seeing it.”
“We really know so much about each other and share so much. And we keep everything extremely truthful. If I walked in wearing something she didn’t like, she would tell me. And I would tell her! Like, ‘What the hell are you wearing?’”
