Britney Spears Drops “HIAM” Teaser #12
Just two days away from the official debut of the music video in its entirety, Britney Spears has dropped the twelfth installment in her two-week string of teasers for “Hold It Against Me”.
Only making a quick background appearance in the video herself, the latest offering from the “Gimme More” singer is a lightning fast six seconds which depicts camera bursts flashing on a screen.
With Britney’s name being shown before the typical countdown, the video is all set to premiere of MTV on Thursday, February 17th at 9:56PM ET.
Meanwhile, MTV spoke with songwriter Claude Kelly about the latest Spears tune, telling, “I would say ['Hold It Against Me' is] the tip of the iceberg because that’s the very beginning of a whole album.”
He added, “[Dr. Luke and Max Martin are] in charge, but I’ve written a couple songs. I’m not even sure myself what made the cut. I know there’s something workable in there, but I worked on her last album as well, so it’s kind of a continuation of that. But it’s a little edgier this time, darker. It sounds grimier and dub step and danceable.”
