Betty White’s Cake Surprise on GMA
Showing up for an appearance on “Good Morning America,” Betty White was spotted arriving at the ABC Studios earlier today (January 18).
The 89-year-old was there to promote the second season of her popular TV Land show “Hot In Cleveland.”
During her visit, “GMA” host George Stephanopoulos surprised Betty with a cake decorated as Robert Redford’s face, jokingly telling her, “We know all about your real-life crush on Robert Redford.”
To this, White responded, “Oh, that’s wonderful! I appreciate it more than I can say! I have taken that poor man’s name in vain so many times. It’s to the point where somebody will say, ‘Hi Betty, how are you? Robert Redford.’”
